    DescriptionAllophycocyanin conjugated CD80 Monoclonal Antibody was purified from tissue culture supernatant via affinity chromatography and is directed against mouse CD80. CD80 has cross reactivity with canine; cross reactivity from other sources has not been tested. Anti-CD80 is conjugated with APC under optimal conditions and the solution is free of unconjugated APC.
    ImmunogenAnti-CD80 Antibody (Monoclonal) was produced by repeated immunizations with CHO cell line transfected with mouse B7 (CD80).
