DescriptionAnti-GABA(A) Receptor alpha 3 antibody is directed against human GABA(A) Receptor alpha 3. The antibody was affinity purified from monospecific antibodies by immunoaffinity purification. Labeling is absent in α3-subunit knockout animals. Reactivity is expected from the following species based on 100% sequence homology: bovine, canine, human, non-human primates, and Zebrafish.
ImmunogenAnti-GABA(A) Receptor alpha 3 Antibody was produced by repeated immunizations with a fustion protein from the N-terminal region of the alpha 3 subunit.
Other NamesGamma-aminobutyric acid receptor subunit alpha-3, GABA(A) receptor subunit alpha-3
