Description
Anti-GABA-A receptor delta Antibody was purified by Protein G chromatography. A BLAST analysis was used to suggest cross-reactivity with GABA-A receptor delta from mouse and rat based on 100% homology with the immunizing sequence. No cross-reactivity against GABA-A-R-Beta 2 or -Beta3. Cross-reactivity with GABA-A receptor delta from other sources has not been determined. Ion Channels research.
Immunogen
GABA-A receptor-delta Antibody was produced in mice by repeated immunizations with a synthetic peptide corresponding to an internal region of rat GABA-A-R-Delta.
