Description
Anti-SPATA18 Antibody is an IgY fraction antibody purified from monospecific chicken egg yolks by a multi-step process which includes selective precipitation and salt fractionation followed by extensive dialysis against the buffer stated above. At least three isoforms of SPATA18 are known to exist; this antibody will detect the two longest isoforms. SPATA18 antibody is predicted to not cross-react with other SPATA family members.
Immunogen
Anti-SPATA18 antibody was prepared from whole chicken serum produced by repeated immunizations with a 19 amino acid synthetic peptide near the N-terminus of human SPATA18.
