ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, Western Blot. Anti-Human IgM (mu heavy chain) Peroxidase is suitable for immunoassays where specificity to the immunoglobulin mu chain region is desired. Antibody has been tested by ELISA, western blot immunoblot, and immunohistochemisty. Optimal concentrations in immunoassays should be determined by the researcher.

Description
Human IgM (mu chain) Antibody, Peroxidase Conjugated, was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using antigens coupled to agarose beads followed by solid phase adsorption(s) to remove any unwanted reactivities. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Peroxidase, anti-Goat Serum, Human IgM and Human Serum. No reaction was observed against other human heavy or light chain proteins.
