Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Approximately 1 μg of antibody is sufficient to detect 20 μg of acetylated chicken erythrocyte histones (sodium butyrate treated) by Western blotting using HRP Gt-a-Mouse IgG (p/n 610-103-121) and chemiluminescent substrate (p/n PICOMAX-110).
