| Description | Anti mGluR7 pS862 antibodiy is directed against mGluR7 phosphorylated at Ser862. GluR7 antibdody is affinity purified from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity purification. Immunolabeling is blocked by preadsorption of antibody with the phospho-peptide used as antigen but not by the corresponding dephosphopeptide. The antibody is a total IgG fraction. Expect reactivity with the following species based on sequence homology: bovine, canine, human, non-human primate and zebrafish. Cross reactivity with mGluR7 from other species has not been determined. |
