This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of B-Cell CLL/Lymphoma 2 Like Protein. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between B-Cell CLL/Lymphoma 2 Like Protein and analogues was observed. Sample types: tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. Range: 7.81-500 pg/mL. Sensitivity: 3.1 pg/mL. Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): 3 samples with low, middle and high level B-Cell CLL/Lymphoma 2 Like Protein were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
