Description
Anti-ANKLE2 Antibody is an IgY fraction antibody purified from monospecific chicken egg yolks by a multi-step process which includes selective precipitation and salt fractionation followed by extensive dialysis against the buffer stated above. Three isoforms of ANKLE2 are known to exist; this antibody will detect all three. ANKLE2 antibody is predicted to not cross-react with ANKLE2.
Immunogen
Anti-ANKLE2 antibody was prepared from whole chicken serum produced by repeated immunizations with a 19 amino acid synthetic peptide near the internal region of human ANKLE2.
