ELISA, Immunohistochemistry, Western Blot. Anti-VDAC1 ATTO 680 Conjugated Antibody is suitable for Western Blots, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Expect a band approximately ~30kDa on specific lysates or tissues. Does not cross react with VDAC2 or VDAC3 (based on KO validation results). Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user.

Description
Anti-VDAC1 Antibody was purified from concentrated tissue culture supernate by Protein G chromatography. BLAST analysis suggests that it is 98% identical to mouse, 98% identical to rat and >60% identical to VDAC2 and VDAC3.
Immunogen
Anti-VDAC1 Antibody was produced by repeated immunization of mice with a fusion protein containing amino acids 1-293 (full length) of human VDAC1.
