Description
Anti-cKit-Maytansine ADC. This Antibody-Drug Conjugate (ADC) product is comprised of an anti-cKIT monoclonal antibody conjugated via a linker to Maytansine. The Maytansine is targeted to certain cancers by immunerecognition and delivered into cancer cells via receptor mediated endocytosis. Within the cell, Maytansine binds to tubulins, interrupts microtubule dynamics, and subsequently, induces cell death.
