Description
This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Epstein Barr Virus Induced Protein 3. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Epstein Barr Virus Induced Protein 3 and analogues was observed. Sample types: serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Range: 2.74-2,000 pg/mL. Sensitivity: 1.14 pg/mL. Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): 3 samples with low, middle and high level Epstein Barr Virus Induced Protein 3 were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
