Human IL23A & Mouse IL12B Heterodimer Protein (His Tag)
Description
A DNA sequence encoding the human IL23A (Q9NPF7) (Met1-Pro189) was fused with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 1; A DNA sequence encoding the mouse IL12B (P43432) (Met1-Ser335) was expressed with a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, constructed the plasmid 2. The two plasmids were co-expressed and the human IL23A & the mouse IL12B heterodimer was purified.
