The Protein G coated plates utilize high absorbance 96-well plates coated with saturated concentration of highly pure Protein G under optimized conditions. Plates were then pre-blocked with BioVision's Unique Blocking Buffer. The plates offer high binding capacity and low background, ideal for binding all subclasses of human, mouse, rabbit and goat IgG, as well as most other commonly used species.
