Description
Rabbit Anti-Human PKN1 (pThr774) Polyclonal. Detects 103.99 kDa. A 1:250 dilution of SPC-1065 was sufficient for detection of PKN1 (pThr774) in 10 μg of HeLa cell lysate by ECL immunoblot analysis using goat anti-rabbit IgG:HRP as the secondary antibody.
