Description
Mouse Anti-MAPK8 Recombinant Antibody (4E3). This product is a mouse antibody that recognizes MAPK8. The antibody 4E3 can be used for immunoassay techniques such as: IF, IHC-P, WB. The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the MAP kinase family. MAP kinases act as an integration point for multiple biochemical signals, and are involved in a wide variety of cellular processes such as proliferation, differentiation, transcription regulation and development. This kinase phosphorylates the CLOCK-ARNTL/BMAL1 heterodimer and plays a role in the regulation of the circadian clock. The protein also phosphorylates the heat shock transcription factor HSF1, suppressing HSF1-induced transcriptional activity.
