Rabbit Anti-MAPK8 Recombinant Antibody (2H15L8). This product is a rabbit antibody that recognizes MAPK8. The antibody 2H15L8 can be used for immunoassay techniques such as: FC, ICC, IF, WB. The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the MAP kinase family. MAP kinases act as an integration point for multiple biochemical signals, and are involved in a wide variety of cellular processes such as proliferation, differentiation, transcription regulation and development. This kinase phosphorylates the CLOCK-ARNTL/BMAL1 heterodimer and plays a role in the regulation of the circadian clock. The protein also phosphorylates the heat shock transcription factor HSF1, suppressing HSF1-induced transcriptional activity.
