Description
Rabbit Anti-Human KIAA0319 polyclonal antibody for IHC. Dyslexia-associated protein KIAA0319 (KIAA0319) is involved in neuronal migration during development of the cerebral neocortex and may function in a cell autonomous and a non-cell autonomous manner and play a role in appropriate adhesion between migrating neurons and radial glial fibers. KIAA0319 is localized to the cell membrane and is expressed in adult brain cortex and fetal frontal lobe (at the protein level). KIAA0319 is highly expressed in brain cortex, putamen, amygdala, hippocampus and cerebellum. Mutations in KIAA0319 have been associated with Dyslexia 2.
