Description
Purity ≥95% as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC. Stimulates the production of other cytokines such as IL-6, IL-8 and granulocyte colony-stimulating factor, and can regulate cartilage matrix turnover. Stimulates PBMC and T-cell proliferation. Inhibits angiogenesis. Biological Activity: Fully biologically active when compared to standard. The ED50 as determined by inducing IL-6 secretion of murine NIH/3T3 cells is less than 20ng/ml, corresponding to a specific activity of 5.0x10e4 IU/mg.
