Description
8-5C2 recognizes the human 8 kD subunit of the inflammatory MRP8/14 complex (different from the S13.67 epitope), also referred to as Calgranulin A or S100A8. It facilitates the characterization of circulating granulocytes or myelo-monocytic inflammatory infiltrates which express MRP8 according to inflammatory status or type of disease.
