Description
Mouse Anti-FAF1 Recombinant Antibody (6BA9). This product is a mouse antibody that recognizes FAF1. The antibody 6BA9 can be used for immunoassay techniques such as: ELISA, WB. Interaction of Fas ligand (TNFSF6) with the FAS antigen (TNFRSF6) mediates programmed cell death, also called apoptosis, in a number of organ systems. The protein encoded by this gene binds to FAS antigen and can initiate apoptosis or enhance apoptosis initiated through FAS antigen. Diseases associated with FAF1 include Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis Type 14 and Congenital Disorder Of Deglycosylation.
