This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Connective Tissue Growth Factor. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Connective Tissue Growth Factor and analogues was observed. Sample types: serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Range: 5.49-4000 pg/mL. Sensitivity: 1.99 pg/mL. Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): 3 samples with low, middle and high level Connective Tissue Growth Factor were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
