    DescriptionEpitope: I domain (aa 148-332). Does not cross react with mouse. Does not block iC3B rosetting. Binds to granulocytes, monocytes, macrophages, CD5+ B cells, hairy cell leukemia cells. Doesn't work well for western blotting. Mac-1 is a macrophage differenciation antigen and a marker for microglia.
