    DescriptionBlocks iC3B rosetting. Binds to granulocytes, monocytes, macrophages, hairy cell leukemia cells, CD5+ human B cells. Doesn't appear to work for western blotting. Mac-1 is a macrophage differenciation antigen and a marker for microglia.
