    DescriptionMouse Anti-AGT Recombinant Antibody (CBYC-A430). Provided herein is a Mouse monoclonal antibody against Rat Angiotensinogen. The antibody can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as WB, ICC, IHC-P, IHC-Fr, ELISA. Angiotensinogen, pre-angiotensinogen or angiotensinogen precursor, is expressed in the liver and is cleaved by the enzyme renin in response to lowered blood pressure. The resulting product, angiotensin I, is then cleaved by angiotensin converting enzyme (
