    DescriptionMouse Anti-LDLR Recombinant Antibody (2010400). Provided herein is a Mouse monoclonal antibody, which binds to Low Density Lipoprotein Receptor (LDLR). The antibody can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as ELISA, FC, ICC, IP, WB. Low density lipoprotein receptor binds LDL, the major cholesterol-carrying lipoprotein of plasma, and transports it into cells by endocytosis. In order to be internalized, the receptor-ligand complexes must first cluster into clathrin-coated pits.
