This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detection of Transforming Growth Factor Beta 2. No significant cross-reactivity or interference between Transforming Growth Factor Beta 2 and analogues was observed. Sample types: serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Range: 15.6-1,000 pg/mL. Sensitivity: 5.5 pg/mL. Intra-assay Precision (Precision within an assay): 3 samples with low, middle and high level Transforming Growth Factor Beta 2 were tested 20 times on one plate, respectively.
