    DescriptionRabbit anti-Human CHRNB3 (aa 450-458) polyclonal antibody for ICC, WB. Suitable for immunocytochemical and Western immunoblotting detection of the receptor. This antiserum has been found to stain fixed cells known to express the nicotinic beta 3 receptor using ABC techniques at a dilution of 1:50. Western immunoblots using tissue homogenates have been successful at a 1:100 dilution and yield a single band at 56 kDa. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application.
