    DescriptionRabbit Anti-Human AKT1 (pThr308) Polyclonal. Detects endogenous levels of AKT1 only when phosphorylated at threonine 308 (pThr308). A 1:500 dilution of SPC-1341 was sufficient for detection of AKT1 (pThr308) in 10 μg of human embryonic kidney epithelial cell line (hek293) lysate by ECL immunoblot analysis using goat anti-rabbit as the secondary antibody.
