Mouse Anti-PSAT1 Recombinant Antibody (CBYC-P679). Provided herein is a Mouse monoclonal antibody against Human Phosphoserine aminotransferase 1. The antibody can be used for immunoassay techniques, such as IHC-P, WB. PSAT1 is a member of the class-V pyridoxal-phosphate-dependent aminotransferase family. The encoded protein is a phosphoserine aminotransferase and decreased expression may be associated with schizophrenia. Mutations in this gene are also associated with phosphoserine aminotransferase deficiency.
