近幾年，科研圈掀起了癌癥免疫療法的研究熱潮。來(lái)自全球各國(guó)的科學(xué)家們?nèi)〉昧艘徊ㄓ忠徊ǖ难芯窟M(jìn)展。昨日，科技部發(fā)布了2016年度中國(guó)科學(xué)十大進(jìn)展。由中國(guó)科學(xué)院上海生命科學(xué)研究院生物化學(xué)與細(xì)胞生物學(xué)研究所許琛琦以及李伯良研究組提出的“基于膽固醇代謝調(diào)控的腫瘤免疫治療新方法”入選該榜單。

該研究成果于2016年3月發(fā)表在Nature雜志上。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，“代謝檢查點(diǎn)”可以調(diào)控T細(xì)胞的抗腫瘤活性，并鑒定出了腫瘤免疫治療的新靶點(diǎn)——膽固醇酯化酶ACAT1以及相應(yīng)的小分子藥物前體。研究證明了細(xì)胞代謝對(duì)腫瘤免疫應(yīng)答起到了關(guān)鍵作用，開(kāi)辟了腫瘤免疫治療研究的一個(gè)全新領(lǐng)域。
